It appears the spiral in the bound notebook I scanned this poem from, lifted the page enough to have blurred the beginnings of some of the lines, here. I'll see if I can re-scan it, or consider removing the perforated page itself from the notebook. Decisions, decisions...
p.s. All my scanned originals here will eventually hyperlink directly to their corresponding typeset, or "published" versions. The endeavor is to preserve the spectrum of the dynamic between the poem's inception on the handprinted page, to their final edited and often modified versions rendered in type.
Similarly - all my typeset poems from various poetry blogs of mine which feature a scanned original, will be hyperlinked directly to it via the final word of the poem. ~ sl
